My newest project is complete! Here are a few pictures from when I completed the tote part and was super stoked on it. I played around with a skinny strap and a thicker strap, and settled for an in between option. Then stuffed a couple books inside to test it out. I flippin’ love it!
He tried to surprise me with breakfast in bed but I woke up early lol. What a lovely way to wake up on Valentine’s! ♥️
Today was a crochet-all-day type of day. I was working on a secret project (not pictured) but ran out of yarn so I started up on this dark raffia spool to make a tote bag that reminds me so much of Bali… and then ran out of that spool too! So I found my old unfinished light raffia project and undid the whole thing and started up on yet another bigger tote bag. Now I have three crochet projects and still gotta buy more yarn!
It looks weird right now but I’m excited to finish them up!!

What a funky day it’s been.
I woke up early thinking I was going to go hiking, but it got canceled because of the crummy weather. So I blogged, took a long nap, caught up on reading, crocheted, ate leftovers, watched some tv, drove in the rain, and now I’m about to jump in the shower and gonna spray some rose water and apply rose hip serum on my dry face and I’ll cuddle up under the covers and watch a movie. I can hear Ian popping the popcorn, so that’s my cue!
