Nerelle.com authorizes you to only view, and does not allow you to copy any portions of its content for offline, personal, non-commercial use without permission. No permission, either express or implied, is granted for the electronic transmission, storage, retrieval, or printing of the photographs contained on Nerelle.com, other than that which is related to the normal “caching” practices of web browsers and activities such as downloading solely for your personal enjoyment.

No parties/individuals visiting or viewing images from Nerelle.com, may otherwise copy, alter, publish, transmit, or distribute the contents of the photographs found herein.

Express written permission must be granted, on behalf of the photographer (copyright holder, Nerelle Que Moffitt), in order to use these photographs for any purpose that is not outlined above. See Image License Terms section below for details on permissible use.

Copyright Protection Tactics

In attempts to maintain the integrity of the copyrighted photographs found on this site, several copyright protection methods may have been utilized. Some of these tactics include, but are not limited to:

1. Placement of watermarks
2. Resizing of images
3. Conversion of images to low resolution for web use

If you would like to use a specific photograph with some of the copyright protection tactics removed, please e-mail me at hello@nerelle.com and describe what the intended use of the imagery with the copyright protections tactics reduced.

 

Copyright Infringement

Copyright infringement is serious. The act of infringing on a copyright is illegal by law and is punishable by fines and/or imprisonment. I have worked very hard to present you with a quality photographic experience and I kindly ask that you will refrain from copying anything from the site onto your own hard drive, diskette(s), printer, etc. and do not copy any of the graphics, photographs, or articles from this site for your own use (other than the terms stated above). Doing so is an infringement of United States and International copyright laws. Copyright is a property right. Under the Federal Copyright Act of 1976, photographs are protected by copyright from the moment of creation.

Personal Usage Criteria

For personal use, express written notification must be provided to Nerelle Que Moffitt, by emailing hello@nerelle.com, prior to permissible personal use.

The following are a list of conditions where I, Nerelle Que Moffitt, will authorize individuals with permission to link to (or copy) JPEG images and other material at no charge:

1. You may print a copy of any photograph for personal reference without further permission.

2. Students are welcome to download images and incorporate them into school reports, presentations, etc. for free so long as proper credit/citation is given to Nerelle Que Moffitt, or Nerelle.com.

3. Anyone may download images for personal use as a desktop wallpaper or mobile background, for the express use of displaying them on screen on any personal computer or mobile device that is not being used for commercial or public viewing purposes.

 

Free Web Usage Criteria

For use on personal websites, express written notification must be provided to Nerelle Que Moffitt, by emailing hello@nerelle.com, prior to permissible use.

The following conditions define my authorization for use of my image on the Web, free of charge, so long as proper attribution of copyright is given to me, Nerelle Que Moffitt, and include a link to the website address, Nerelle.com, in said attribution:

1. You may make LINKS to the images on pages you maintain for yourself for personal, non-commercial use.

2. If you are preparing FREE online site guides for other photographers, bloggers, and photograph forums, you may make use of these images, BUT ONLY IF YOU ATTRIBUTE THEM AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.

Anyone interested in using the photographs or other proprietary information found on this website for commercial purposes must receive written consent from me, Nerelle Que Moffitt, prior to commercial use. Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

Any information submitted through a contact form on this website is emailed directly to me at nerelleque@gmail.com. I do not share this information with external parties at any time.

COOKIES

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

how long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

When shopping, we keep a record of your email and the cart contents for up to 30 days on our server. This record is kept to repopulate the contents of your cart if you switch devices or needed to come back another day. Read our privacy policy here.
